Our dedicated tutors are employed on a full time basis and have no other teaching commitments. Several have been with us from our inception and we believe the main reason for this is the freedom to teach to a students requirements within the framework of a recognised syllabus.
LESSON DURATION / TIMES
Exceeding Expectations
Normally 60 minutes. In determining this the main factor is feasible concentration. In this context 60 minutes is generally considered appropriate. If in special circumstances the duration is increased then fees will be increased on a pro rata basis . Times - Weekdays – Monday to Thursday : 09:00 till 17:00. Weekends - Saturday – 09:00 till 13.00. The foregoing are the normal times.
MISSED LESSONS
Satisfaction Guaranteed
When a student enrolls at our Centre they will be allocated a specific day / time and tutor. Such arrangements will remain in force so long as the student attends the Centre. It is however accepted that special circumstances may arise which make it impossible for a student to attend a lesson at the agreed time. In this situation, and only in so for as an individual tuition is concerned the lesson may be rescheduled subject to adequate prior notice and a vacancy within 30 days of the original lesson.
