HOW WILL IT WORK?

At StarS Tuition Educational Centre, we are extremely passionate about teaching. That’s why we take the time to create a unique programme specific to every single one of our students – to ensure they reach their full potential.

STEP 1 – BOOK YOUR CHILD’S EDUCATIONAL CONSULTATION

Your child is an individual with their own needs so we start off with an assessment. Together with a qualified tutor, your child will complete a number of written and verbal tasks in a relaxed ‘non-test’ environment. The assessment takes about 40 to 60 minutes and allows us to work out your child’s strengths, weaknesses and their understanding of the curriculum.

STEP 2 – CREATE A LEARNING PROGRAMME

Following the assessment, we will sit down with you to create a tailored learning plan for your child. It’s also an opportunity for you to mention any objectives you have or any areas of study you want to focus on. Your child’s teacher will then use the findings from the assessment to create the learning plan that’s right for your child.

STEP 3 – MEET YOUR TEACHER

Once a bespoke learning plan has been created, your child will be carefully matched with a teacher that suits their specific needs. Our teachers are all fully qualified and specialise in different age groups and subjects.

STEP 4 – LET THE TUITION COMMENCE!

Children work in sessions of no more than 4 students, at their own pace and to their own plan, all within a welcoming and inspiring environment where they want to learn.

STEP 5 – ACHIEVE YOUR LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Feedback is important. We provide verbal feedback to you at the end of each session. You will be told how your child is progressing so that you can see how close they are to their goal and in which areas they are improving most rapidly.
